How CLOUD2E LLC handles the information you share with us — in plain English.

This policy covers the website at www.cloud2e.com, operated by CLOUD2E LLC (“CLOUD2E,” “we,” “us”). It describes what we collect when you visit the site or contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Information you send us. When you reach out — by email, by phone, or through a Google Ads lead form — we receive what you choose to share: typically your name, work email address, phone number, company, and your message. This website has no user accounts and takes no payments.
Site and advertising data. The site uses the Google tag (AW-18519751828) and cookies to understand how visitors find us and to measure our advertising — things like pages viewed, clicks on our email or phone links, and the general location and device type reported by your browser. This data reaches us in aggregate; we use it to see whether our ads work, not to identify you.
Please do not send CUI. This website, our public email, and our lead forms are not channels for Controlled Unclassified Information or other sensitive government data. If your inquiry concerns CUI, tell us so — we will set up an appropriate channel before anything sensitive changes hands.
Why we collect it
We use the information above to respond to your inquiries, to provide and improve our services, and to measure our advertising. That’s the list.
What we share
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we use to operate — for example, Google (advertising and measurement) and Microsoft 365 (our email and business systems) — and only as needed for them to do their jobs for us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond, to provide services, and to maintain ordinary business records — and we delete it on request (see below).
How we protect it
CLOUD2E is a CMMC Level 2 certified managed services provider. We run our own business systems with the same discipline we bring to client environments — documented controls, monitored access, and modern security baselines. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but protecting information is literally our line of work.
Your choices
Advertising. You can opt out of personalized Google ads at Google Ads Settings, and read how Google uses data from sites like ours at policies.google.com. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser.
Access and deletion. Email info@cloud2e.com to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and we will respond.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date at the top.
