// M365 · GCC High
Cloud Adoption & Microsoft 365
SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange — adopted deliberately, governed for keeps.
Overview
Microsoft 365 is where your company actually lives — mail, files, meetings, and increasingly the CUI your contracts govern. CLOUD2E runs full-arc M365 practices: on-premises-to-cloud migration, tenant architecture and governance, and the workload craft that makes SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Exchange Online genuinely productive instead of merely present.
For defense suppliers, we are specialists in the migration that matters most: commercial tenants to Microsoft 365 GCC High, the US-sovereign environment where CUI collaboration belongs. Tenant-to-tenant migration is unforgiving work — identity, mail flow, files, Teams history, and compliance settings all moving under contract deadlines — and it is precisely where experience shows.

// What's included
Inside the service
On-prem to cloud migration
Exchange, file servers, and legacy collaboration moved into M365 with coexistence strategies that keep business running.
GCC High migration
Commercial-to-GCC-High tenant migrations: licensing guidance, identity cutover, data movement, and CUI workflow redesign.
Tenant governance
Sharing policies, retention, sensitivity labels, and guest-access discipline — the difference between a tenant and a liability.
SharePoint & Teams architecture
Information architecture people actually follow: sites, channels, and permissions that match how your teams work.
Exchange Online management
Mail flow, protection policies, and the deliverability hygiene that keeps your proposals out of spam folders.
Adoption & training
Rollouts with human onboarding, not just license assignment — because shelfware collaboration tools are the most expensive kind.
// How we deliver
The working rhythm
01
Plan
Workload inventory, licensing path (commercial, GCC, GCC High), and a migration map with coexistence windows.
02
Prepare
Identity foundation, tenant configuration, and governance baselines set before data moves.
03
Migrate
Staged waves — mail, files, Teams — with validation gates and user communication at every step.
04
Govern
Ongoing tenant stewardship: policy tuning, license optimization, and the quarterly cleanup that keeps sprawl at bay.
Who it's for
Contractors facing GCC High decisions, organizations still running aging Exchange or file servers, and any team whose M365 tenant has grown wild — thousands of sites, uncontrolled sharing, and nobody sure where the sensitive files went.
Why CLOUD2E
Our own operation runs on the Microsoft cloud stack we deploy for clients, and our handling of CUI in M365 passed a C3PAO’s scrutiny in our Level 2 assessment. We migrate tenants the way we migrated our own — documented, rehearsed, reversible.
// FAQ
Questions we hear about cloud adoption & microsoft 365
Do we really need GCC High?
If your contracts put ITAR data or certain categories of CUI in collaboration tools, usually yes; for some CUI profiles, commercial-with-controls can be defensible. It is a contracts-and-data question we answer specifically, in writing, so the decision survives scrutiny.
Will we lose Teams history or mail during migration?
Our migration patterns preserve mail, calendars, files, and Teams content within the fidelity limits Microsoft’s APIs allow — and we tell you exactly where those limits are before cutover, not after.
Can you fix a messy existing tenant without a migration?
Yes — governance remediation is a standing service: sharing audits, permission rationalization, label deployment, and lifecycle policies that bring an organically grown tenant back under control.
